Sea Island’s Georgian Room is the state’s only Forbes five-star restaurant. Even more exclusive is its chef’s table experience, which features an eight-course menu for up to four guests, with prices starting at $165 (add wine pairings for an extra $115). Diners don’t have to be resort guests to reserve the table (or to eat in the main dining room, for that matter).
