Review: The Betty brings some midcentury charm—and the best martini in town—to Buckhead’s new boutique hotel
The Betty is the fine-dining restaurant that anchors the Kimpton Sylvan hotel, with a name nodding to its retro inspirations. Elsewhere on the property, the Sylvan has two delightful bars, also overseen by executive chef Brandon Chavannes: the garden-themed Willow Bar and the rooftop lounge St. Julep.
The midcentury supper club reimagined, Mediterranean meets Mexican in Brookwood Hills, and Todd Richards’s soulful new spot.
Serving continental cuisine alongside classic cocktails highlighting brown spirits, the Betty will seat 175 people and feature a 1,100-square-foot patio. Come March, it will serve brunch, too.
