Jon Novak and Charmain Ware took over in February after the restaurant parted ways with the previous operators, the Indigo Road Hospitality Group, and chef Jeb Aldrich and pastry chef Claudia Martinez. The duo previously worked together at Restaurant 356 at the Porsche Experience Center.
