Opening in Larkin on Memorial in Grant Park, Full Commission promises to be a lot of things to a lot of people: A coffee shop, a breakfast spot, a Southern gastropub, a late-night spot, and a weekend brunch destination, “fusing cocktail, coffee, and food cultures together,” says owner David Traxler.
