Jenny Levison—founder, owner, and co-executive chef at Souper Jenny, Café Jonah, and Juicy Jenny—is expanding beyond her business’s Buckhead roots and bringing Souper Jenny to Decatur. The soup-salad-sandwich spot will open at 1 West Court Square, in the space formerly home to Pita Pit, on February 14. Chicken Salad Chick,an Alabama-based sandwich and salad spot, is coming to East Cobb in March. Jenny Levison, founder of Souper Jenny and Café Jonah and the Magical Attic, is putting her own touch on the juicing trend: She’s opening Juicy Jenny, a community juice bar and superfood emporium, a few doors down from Souper Jenny at 56 East Andrews Drive in Buckhead. Juicy Jenny is scheduled to open September 1.
