Here’s what’s going on with Georgia’s abortion law
Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney ruled that because Georgia’s six-week abortion ban was unconstitutional at the time it became law in 2019, it remains so today, even though the protections provided by Roe v. Wade have been overturned.
