Streatery, a partnership between former tech industry-types Dave Liniado and Mike Fuller, sells quality hot dogs out of food carts positioned in various locations downtown. The duo navigated government red tape by partnering with General Growth Properties, a company that operates malls around the country and was recently hired by the city to help launch a new street vendor program (the program involves kiosks, not mobile food trucks, as detailed in this document).
