Take a close look at the fashion on this season of Gossip Girl, and you’re bound to notice the hats worn by the ladies of the Upper East Side. There’s the 1930s gangster-style fedora, called the Evita. Or there’s the sun hat, known as the Wailea, making a cameo in the season finale.

Formalities: Rik Ducar

If you see an actor donning Halston at the Oscars on the 27th, he may have gotten the outfit from the Los Angeles branch of Rik Ducar.

Hot Shop: Vetted

With her hair still pulled back into her signature tight bun, April Wilkins has returned. A ten-year veteran of Saks, the PR doyenne left Atlanta for South Florida three years ago, but a retail shake-up on East Paces brought her back to Buckhead.
