Whiskey Fest 2022 Exhibitor Guide


In order to provide our Whiskey Festival vendors with the best and most successful experience possible, we have created the Whiskey Festival Table, Lounge and Sponsor Guide with important details about the event. Also included below are important forms and additional information we need from you prior to the event.

Please review the Guide and submit the required forms and information at your earliest convenience. As always, we are available to answer any questions.

All Whiskey Festival participants including table and lounge vendors/clients will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Atlanta Magazine and Guardian Works as additional insureds. Please upload to the form below or email the certificate to Randy Stone at rstone@atlantamagazine.com no later than September 16, 2022.



Designated parking for table and lounge vendors will be provided at a later date closer to the October 6 Whiskey Festival.



Wednesday, October 5, 2022, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm, materials and product drop off only

Thursday, October 6, 2022, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, material and product drop off only

Thursday, October 6, 2022, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm, set up

Table and lounge holders may unload at the Echo Street entrance, or the loading dock area accessed from Jefferson Street. After unloading, please move your vehicle to the designated vendor parking area located at (to be announced).

Important: All vendors and sponsors must be completely moved in and set up no later than 4:30pm on October 6, 2022. All vendors and sponsors will need to be moved out no later than 12:00am midnight on October 6, 2022. No overnight storage, parking, etc. will be allowed.

Please coordinate delivery of any large displays or furniture with Randy Stone, rstone@atlantamagazine.com or 404-452-6347 no later than September 16, 2022.

Thursday, October 6, 2022, 10:00 pm – 12:00 midnight, all equipment and left-over product MUST be removed from the site Thursday night. All trash MUST be removed by table and lounge vendors. Atlanta magazine will provide a dumpster for all vendor partner trash.



Our goal is to be as accommodating as possible and to ensure your brand is represented in the best possible way. Each vendor will be provided a 6’ banquet table with black linen. Please feel free to bring pop up banners, table displays and other POP materials but remember that all aisles must remain clear and please be considerate of those around you as to not block their signage or table space.


Each lounge will be provided a 6’ banquet table and black linen or 6’ bar along with a lounge area to include a sofa, two chairs and a table. If you are bringing your own bar, furniture, or other POP materials, please let us know as soon as possible by completing the online form.


We will mixers, ice, ice tubs, bottled water, dump buckets and garnishes upon request. Please request these items by completing the online form. Electrical power is available on a limited basis. Please request this as soon as possible using the online form.


Tabletop foam core signs measuring 11” x 17” will be provided for each table or lounge. If you prefer to bring your own signage, please let us know.
