SHIFTSEvent Set-upWednesday, October 4, 10 am – 5 pmDuties include: Deliveries inventory, table and chair set up, linen placement, distribution and placement of signs, maps, etc.Thursday, October 5, 10 am – 5 pmDuties include: Vendor check-in, deliveries inventory, table and chair set up, linen placement, distribution and placement of signs, maps, etc., assist vendors with set up as needed.Event BreakdownThursday, October 5, 10 pm – 12 amDuties include: Breaking down tables, disposing of trash in on-site dumpster, collectionof signs, ice buckets, etc., assist vendors with breakdown as needed.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.• All Giving Kitchen volunteers and a guest are invited to attend the event either before or after their assigned shift.• The event space is large and the floor is concrete, so comfortable shoes are strongly encouraged.• Volunteers must be 21 or over.• An Arrival Guide and maps will be emailed to all volunteers prior to the event.Please let us know First Name Last Name, email and Shift(s) you would like to work
