Owner and CEO of Pediatric ENT of Atlanta, Paula Harmon, MD, MBA, FACS, FAAP, is a board-certified otolaryngology surgeon specializing in pediatric otolaryngology. She is the former medical director of hearing loss at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and early hearing detection and intervention physician champion for the Georgia Chapter of American Academy of Pediatrics. She is a multi-year recipient of the Atlanta magazine Top Doctor designation. Dr. Harmon is a former assistant professor of otolaryngology at Emory University. She is also a member of the Georgia governor’s committee for the deaf and hard of hearing. Dr. Harmon enjoys her off time with her husband and five children.
Erik Bauer, MD, FAAP, is a board-certified otolaryngology surgeon specializing in pediatric otolaryngology. He is a multi-year recipient of the Atlanta magazine Top Doctor designation. Dr. Bauer is a fellow with the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, a specialty fellow with the American Academy of Pediatrics, and a diplomate with the American Board of Otolaryngology. Dr. Bauer has more than 20 years of experience. He enjoys his time off traveling with his wife and two kids.
