On Saturday, just before noon, Pennsylvania—where the race between President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden was as tight as could be—was called, and Joe Biden surpassed the 270 electoral college votes he needed to become the President-elect of the United States. And in here, in the capital of a state that may very well see itself turn blue for the first time since 1992 (ballots are still being counted, but Biden leads by more than 9,000 votes), streets were filled with both elation and anger.
