Some bands just get the growing influence of social media websites. This week, Atlanta Grammy winners the Zac Brown Band alerted its more than one million fans on the act’s official Facebook page to a special pre-order offer for the group’s upcoming new studio release, “You Get What You Give.”
By pre-ordering the album due out September 21 via iTunes, Brown and the boys are offering fans a sneak peek at tracks from the new disc, along with an instant download of the album’s first single, “As She’s Walking Away,” featuring Newnan native Alan Jackson.
For the new project, the band also recorded “Knee Deep” with legendary head parrothead Jimmy Buffett.
Fans who pre-order the disc on iTunes also receive bonus tracks “Nothing” and “Smoke Rise,” along with live renditions of “Oh My Sweet Carolina” and “Every Little Bit.”
