Foster Care Support Foundation

MISSION
Our mission is to strengthen the ability of foster and relative care families to meet the needs of displaced children.

Foster Care Support Foundation (FCSF) provides free clothing, toys, infant equipment, and school supplies to children in Georgia who have been displaced due to neglect, abuse, or abandonment. Children enter foster care with nothing, and FCSF partners with the community to help them gain stability.

HOW YOU CAN HELP
FCSF will serve at least 4,500 infants through teens in 2018, and demand for services continues to grow. Over 70 percent of children served are being raised by relatives to keep them with family and out of foster care. Donations of new and gently used goods are given directly to families at the distribution center or by shipment to families located too far away to come in person. Since incorporation in 2000, FCSF has served over 56,000 children.

Thousands of volunteers are needed year-round to process donations, stock the distribution center, play with children while families select free items, and fill mail orders for children outside metro Atlanta. Volunteers are also needed to serve as mentors and help with the annual Prom-A-Palooza event. You can also help out by shopping at our Fostering Hope Bargain Resale Shop located at 608 Holcomb Bridge Road in Roswell.
