More than 65 esteemed winemakers converge upon Atlanta this weekend, celebrating food, drink, and art. Now in its 33rd year, the High Museum Atlanta Wine Auction has raised more than $41 million for the museum.
Tickets are still available for tonight’s event under the tents at Atlantic Station. Guests will mix and mingle with winemakers, sample gourmet fare, and listen to the sounds of live music. Tomorrow, the tents will come alive once again with the vintners’ reception and live auction. A winery representative will sit at every table, and guests will raise their paddles for items unavailable anywhere else.
One such item is “Frankly Unforgettable,” a travel experience from Frank Family Vineyards in Napa Valley. Up to five couples will stay at a private, historic estate in Rutherford, surrounded by 10 acres of gardens and vineyards—even a bocce court on the manicured lawn. In the morning, they’ll enjoy a breakfast and mimosa bar, then take part in a wine-tasting experience at the vineyards’ Miller House.

“It’s a one-of-a-kind, elevated experience,” says Frank Family Vineyards Winemaker Todd Graff. “We are happy to offer it to support the High Museum. We think wine and art pair well together, which is why we support this auction year after year.”
