Terminal West

Westside’s King Plow complex once housed a foundry and shipped farm implements all over the United States and Latin America. The mottled brick buildings morphed into an arts community during the 1990s and, more recently, became a hot spot for up-and-coming electronica like Datsik and Pretty Lights. In 2012, the owners updated Studio C to create the new Terminal West and brought in more rock and alternative acts like Divine Fits and Reckless Kelly. The spacious venue is equipped with three bars (stocked with twenty-nine canned craft beers) and a back patio so close to the tracks that you can cool off in the breeze blowing off passing trains.
