Thomas Catherall of Here to Serve Restaurants likes to create ventures that do well with a young, trend-seeking crowd. Fun corn and crab hushpuppies, oversized lobster rolls, abundant seafood boils, and inexpensive fish in parchment fly out of this kitchen. While we can’t say that we love the brash new décor, the Barbados/Key West/Buckhead vibes have managed to chase away the ghosts of the past in the space that was formerly Seeger’s.
