The recent arrival of two gifted professionals—Zeb Stevenson in the kitchen, mixologist Arianne Fielder behind the bar—is a much-needed reboot for Inman Park’s vaguely Cajun-themed Concentrics restaurant. Stevenson, who earned his reputation at Livingston and Proof and Provision in the Georgian Terrace, strays from the Louisiana lexicon with items like a black truffle grilled cheese sandwich, plates of pickled vegetables, corned duck breast with rye spaetzle and turnips, and delicate seafood preparations garnished with Meyer lemon curd or shiitake and local greens. Fielder wades into warm-weather territory, offering temptations like Puttin on the Spritz, with pisco, grapefruit liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and soda. The downstairs cafe, with its comfortable communal table in a sun-dappled room, remains a charming asset.
