From effervescent sea creatures to emoji lights, a glowing lantern is the only requirement to join this march down the Atlanta BeltLine’s Eastside Trail. Since 2010, the parade has grown from 500 people to 70,000. This party is the culmination of fall fest Art on the Atlanta BeltLine with newly commissioned sculptures and murals lining the trail. art.beltline.org
