As chains like WeWork and Industrious become ubiquitous, boutique coworking spaces are popping up all over the city. The buzzword is “community,” and places are drawing like-minded folks from techies to solopreneurs. Soon, two women-focused spots, the Riveter and the Lola, will set up shop here. Neighborhood: Old Fourth Ward
