
Dr. Zwade Marshall is the founder and chief medical officer of Regenerative Spine & Pain Specialists, a leading interventional pain management practice serving the greater Atlanta community with locations in Buckhead, Marietta, and Fayetteville. Double board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine, Dr. Marshall is recognized for his patient-centered approach to treating chronic pain through advanced, minimally invasive therapies focused on restoring function and improving quality of life. He is currently accepting new patients across all three locations.
Dr. Marshall earned both his MD and MBA from Emory University before completing his residency and fellowship training at Harvard Medical School’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where he also served as chief resident. His academic and clinical background has helped shape a practice philosophy centered on innovation, evidence-based medicine, and compassionate care.
Under Dr. Marshall’s leadership, Regenerative Spine & Pain Specialists has grown into a multidisciplinary platform offering comprehensive pain management services alongside ambulatory surgery center capabilities. He is passionate about advancing access to high-quality care while mentoring the next generation of physicians and healthcare leaders.
Beyond clinical medicine, Dr. Marshall is also an entrepreneur and healthcare executive. He is the founder of the Maxim Clinic, a wellness and aesthetics practice focused on longevity, metabolic health, and rejuvenation therapies. In addition, he serves as the co-founder and CEO of Doc2Doc Lending, a physician-founded fintech platform that has funded more than $200 million in loans exclusively for healthcare professionals across the United States.
