Kamille D. Whittaker

Kamille D. Whittaker served as Atlanta magazine’s managing editor from 2021 to 2023, where she edited the arts and culture section, a cover package on Atlanta's Caribbean culture, and co-edited a cover package on the city's HBCUs. She is an Assistant Professor of Journalism and Digital Media at Clark Atlanta University and directs Canopy Atlanta’s journalism training program. She is a proud alumna of Howard University and University of Georgia.
