Twitter users were whipped into a frenzy the thickness of a foie gras milkshake over a retweet posted Tuesday by Atlanta chef Richard Blais.
In the 140-character missive, Blais appeared to confirm that he was moving into the old San Francisco Coffee Company space in Virginia Highland.
Unlike the flurry of folks who posted retweets of the retweeted information, Dish decided to go all old school and actually call Blais’ Flip Burger Boutique reps for confirmation.
Indeed, Flip reps tell us that Blais is moving into the space but not with his burgeoning burger concept but rather with a sure-to-be equally imaginative take on hot dogs.
No time frame has yet been announced for the project. . .
