You want long, romantic sexual encounters? Move to New Mexico. Or West Virginia or Idaho. Georgians don’t spend a lot of time doing the deed. By contrast, couples in New Mexico spend an impressive 7:01 minutes making whoopee.

The sex and relationships site Nerve teamed up with Spreadsheets, a sex activity app, to track the average duration of intercourse for each state. Georgia is almost last at 2:07 minutes, tied with Nevada. Alaskans are quickest at 1:21 minutes. By contrast, couples in New Mexico spend an impressive 7:01 minutes making whoopee.
