“I’m certainly not afraid of pattern!” exclaims Jenna Buck Gross. Nor is she afraid of color, hence the name of her Decatur-based firm: Colordrunk. (If you need proof, just look at her Instagram.)

“I can have more fun in a bedroom,” says Gross of her room. “It doesn’t have to be so serious.” The color palette she used is a little more subdued than some of her projects, but she kept it true to Colordrunk’s credo of eccentricity by mixing together large-scale and small-scale patterns.

It may come as no surprise that Gross started her career in the fashion industry. After moving from New York back to Georgia, she decided interior design was the next best thing and launched Colordrunk Designs in 2013. “You still get to use fun fabrics and create ‘looks,'” she says.
