Details: It’s party time at the Botanical Garden. Enjoy a DJ, stilt walkers, games such as giant Jenga and cornhole, and, of course, specialty cocktails at a cash bar featuring a kombucha tea mixed with a color-changing gin. While you’re there, take a nighttime stroll through the Imaginary Worlds garden exhibition.
Atlanta Braves vs. Milwaukee Brewers

Details: This game will kickstart the Braves’ 9th Annual Alumni Weekend (August 10-12), where nearly 60 Braves legends will return to relive their memories and see the fans. Prior to the game, meet with your favorite former Braves players—tentatively including Bobby Cox, Tom Glavine, and Chipper Jones—for autographs before celebrating Jones’s legacy in an pregame, on-field ceremony. Stay after the game for a fireworks show to round out the night.

Details: Long week of work? Shake it off. T-Swift is stopping by Atlanta on her reputation Stadium tour and she’ll have concerts on Friday and Saturday. The Grammy Award-winning singer won’t be alone though, she’ll be joined by pop superstars Camila Cabello and Charlie XCX.
Dave Chappelle and Jon Stewart

Details: If you’re in need of a laugh, these two A-list comedians are coming to town to make you do just that. Tickets are sparse, but with the duo performing seven shows over five days, you at least have several opportunities to snag a ticket before they leave.
Pub Crawl on the BeltLine
Where: Atlanta BeltLine Eastside Trail and surrounding neighborhoods (see website for specific check-in locations)
