Southern Fried Burlesque Fest

Modern Choreographic Voices
The Atlanta Ballet continues to push the boundaries of dance with a trio of works by Alexei Ratmansky, Ohad Naharin, and Tara Lee. At the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre. Friday-Sunday. atlantaballet.com

Crosby, Stills & Nash
Forty-five years after the release of their first album, the legendary folk rockers show no sign of slowing as they bring their hits to the Fox stage. Saturday, 8 p.m. foxtheatre.org

Georgia Marathon and Fitness Expo
Even if you don’t run the race, you can look the part thanks to all the great gear showcased and sold (at bargain prices!) during the expo, which we named one of our Best of Atlanta picks for 2013. Friday and Saturday. georgiamarathon.com

George Strait
Country’s biggest cowboy might be riding off into the sunset, but he’ll make one last stop in Atlanta on his farewell tour. Nineties pop-turned-country singer Sheryl Crow will join him at Philips. Saturday, 7:30. philipsarena.com

Atlanta Science Festival Expo

Abelardo Morell: The Universe Next Door
The High Museum presents the first major retrospective exhibition of Morell’s work in fifteen years, along with newer pieces that the High commissioned from the Cuban-born American artist for its Picturing the South series. Morell specializes in camera obscura—a technique that can turn an entire room into a lens. Through May 18. high.org

Hidden Heroes: The Genius of Everyday Things
