The Battery Atlanta brings to life unparalleled year-round entertainment for locals and visitors. The 2-million square-foot lifestyle hub has curated a dynamic mix of one-of-a-kind residential and hotel accommodations; exclusive retail and dining offerings; and the hottest entertainment venues. New first-to-market concepts, safety protocols, outdoor programming, and a comfy night’s sleep await at The Battery Atlanta. Here’s how to make the most of a visit:

Plan a staycation at a premier hotel

The new 142-room boutique hotel Aloft Atlanta at The Battery Atlanta caters to the needs of guests and their four-legged travel companions. Aloft Atlanta boasts a vibrant social scene with its signature WXYZ Bar and Re:mix nightlife lounge. Loft-inspired guestrooms and suites are complete with oversized TVs, rainforest showers, and free high-speed internet; top-notch amenities include a fitness center and Re:fuel, a café stocked with fresh, fast, and flavorful grab-and-go options.

Premium views of Truist Park and The Battery Atlanta can be found at The Omni Hotel at The Battery Atlanta with 264 guest rooms. Soak up the sun on the elevated pool deck. Sip coffee and wine at the Lobby Bar located on the plaza level. Shop for Southern gift collections and artisanal goods at South End Trading Company. Book a suite overlooking Truist Park and catch America’s favorite summer pastime just steps away.

New concepts step up to the plate in 2020

First-to-market concepts are front and center at the Southeast’s preeminent entertainment destination. The ultimate fan experience adds to their mix of experiential, dining, and shopping offerings.

The Insta-worthy dishes at PH’EAST Asian street food hall bring together authentic offerings from Japan, China, and the Pacific Islands from best-in-category chefs and restaurateurs coupled with a lively yet casual restaurant-bar-patio space with live music offered throughout the week.

Smell the made-from-scratch World-Famous Pralines® and Chocolate Loggerhead® Southern candies coming from the famed River Street Sweets · Savannah’s Candy Kitchen.

Grab a scoop (or two) of artisan ice cream at Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream.

Good Game presented by Topgolf Swing Suite sports a distinctive dining and entertainment experience, bringing advanced golf and interactive simulators to a relaxed lounge atmosphere.

Atlanta’s favorite dueling piano bar and live music venue, Park Bench, features multiple patios, VIP bottle service, and a private event space. The well-known watering hole joins The Battery Atlanta after more than two decades at its longtime Buckhead location. “The vision behind our late-night, ‘Live Music and Good Times’ venue aligns perfectly with the experience offered at Atlanta’s premier entertainment destination,” said Larry Hall, owner of Park Bench.

Fat Tuesday returns to Atlanta with a convenient walk-up counter-serve of its sweet, fruity, and trendy frozen daquiris.

A tasting room, distillery, and cocktail program are in store at the third and newest outpost of award-winning Georgia craft whiskey maker ASW Distillery. Taste their new vodka and gin, exclusively distilled onsite at The Battery Atlanta. “We’re excited to bring Georgia’s rich spirits tradition to the home of the Atlanta Braves and their fifty-plus years of providing Georgia with some of its most unforgettable memories,” said Jim Chasteen, Co-Founder and CEO.

One Medical is the new healthcare home base. The beautiful and calming medical office is just the start to faster and easier access to primary care.

Let’s take this outside

Discover an unmatched sense of community at The Battery Atlanta. The open, outdoor campus is designed for relaxation and recreation. The Plaza Green and Georgia Power Pavilion—the lawn area in front of the Omni Hotel—plays host to year-round events for all ages. Shop local at the seasonal Farmers Market presented by United Healthcare, featuring handcrafted and homegrown goodies. Meet up weekly for a free, rejuvenating yoga class with Kaiser Permanente. Toss a bag and compete in the quarterly Corn Hole League. Lace up for a leisurely stroll in the fresh air around The Battery Atlanta Walking Trail, a 1.5-mile loop circling the campus presented by United Healthcare. Embrace sweater weather at the Xfinity Movie Series featuring classic films under the stars.

Fan-favorites

Find a seat at one of The Battery Atlanta’s chef-driven restaurants. Sunday fun-day starts with brunch libations at Superica, CRU Food & Wine Bar, Goldberg’s Fine Foods, Live! at the Battery Atlanta, and El Super Pan. The newly renovated C. Ellet’s has also introduced a Saturday and Sunday All-You-Can-Eat Southern Fried Chicken deal and a 4-6 p.m. special menu. Weekday happy hour specials are served up at Punch Bowl Social, BURN by Rocky Patel, and the one-of-a-kind Garden & Gun Club.

Explore the beer scene at Yard House, Terrapin Taproom, and Taps at PH’EAST, all of which boast large selections of classic craft brews and rotating taps on draft.

Craving an authentic slice? No one has passion for pizza like restaurateur Giovanni Di Palma of the famed classic, Antico Pizza.

Shop or sell vinyl collections at Waterloo Sunset Records. Browse handmade artisan home décor from local boutique Sugarboo & Co. where no two pieces are alike.
