We walked into this new restaurant in a restored Greyhound bus station just one day after it had been nominated for a James Beard Award. Owner John Morisano is known to bus tables and uncork bottles. Not what you’d expect from a multimillionaire angel investor from New York, whose first restaurant is a smashing success. (Try the pork shank.)
