At Bey, the upbeat music filling the dining room sets a festive tone, even on a Wednesday night. The real celebration, though, begins when the dishes hit the table. Opened just over a year ago in Roswell, Bey stands out for its Lebanese dishes made from scratch by chef and co-owner Marc Mansour.

Atlanta is a big small town, and the restaurant community is no exception. It’s like an extended family, and many well-known Atlanta restaurants are related in some way. Did you know Krog Street Market’s excellent sandwich shop Fred’s Meat and Bread started as a cheesesteak pop-up at The General Muir? Now you do.

Following the success of two other Delbar locations in Inman Park and Alpharetta, Delbar finally opened in Buckhead in November 2024. The restaurant is under Fares Kargar’s hospitality company Nooshe Jan Group. Nooshe Jan is a Farsi phrase meaning “May it feed your soul.” It isn’t just a name; it’s a promise.

Fares Kargar describes Eden as dark and moody with different vibes and offerings in each area. It’s inspired by pre-revolution Iran with European influences. A DJ will play nightly—their stage visible from nearly everywhere in the restaurant. Cocktails will play a large role, with 20 options in the dining room, another six or seven in the speakeasy, and 12 more on the roof. Some will include Iranian-style ingredients, such as cardamom and pistachios. Expect Old World and Mediterranean wines.

The suspense is over. Atlas, Bacchanalia, Hayakawa, Lazy Betty, and Mujo are officially one Michelin Star restaurants. 45 total restaurants rounded out Atlanta's inaugural Michelin Guide—here's what made the cut.

Inspired by the popularity of the dishes at Delbar, Bibi will serve an abbreviated menu of kabob platters, rice bowls, salads, and sandwiches. Draft cocktails will be available, too.
