The Face of Specialized Mental Healthcare: Loren Post, PhD
Loren Post, PhD, licensed clinical psychologist, serves as clinical director of Rogers Behavioral Health in Atlanta. Dr. Post specializes in evidence-based cognitive behavioral treatment for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, and mood disorders. She earned her BA from New York University and her PhD from Case Western Reserve University with training in the PTSD Treatment and Research Program.
Prior to joining Rogers, Dr. Post was an assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Emory University School of Medicine and associate research director and clinical psychologist in the Emory Healthcare Veterans Program.
Dr. Post is passionate about overseeing a multidisciplinary team that provides specialized, intensive, outpatient care in the Atlanta community for those struggling with OCD, anxiety, trauma (posttraumatic stress disorder), depression, and other mood disorders through Rogers’ telehealth offering.
