Price: $10.5 million
Address: 3650 Tuxedo Road
House: A 14,908-square-foot manse, dubbed “Descante,” that came with antique fireplaces from Cambridge, a statue of an Etruscan boy from 500 to 800 A.D., and a reportedly 70-million-year-old fossilized dinosaur footprint set in the kitchen tile.

Price: $9 million
Address: 981 Davis Drive
House: Two stunningly manicured acres bought by the grandson of a Texas oil tycoon and his wife, a former Miss Georgia.

3. Year: 2008
Price: $7.3 million
Address: 3376 Peachtree Road, Unit 56
House: A penthouse condo at the Mandarin Oriental (formerly the Mansion on Peachtree), sold as what the listing described as an unfinished “shell.”

Price: $7 million

Price: $6.7 million

House: Built in 2005, this seven-bedroom home is 10,000 square feet of standard Buckhead luxury, with a home theater and wine cellar.
