Alexandra Dillard Lucie—a vice president of merchandising for the Arkansas-based department store founded by her late grandfather, William T. Dillard—has been surrounded by fashion her entire life. Her mom was a buyer for Neiman Marcus when she met Lucie’s father on a blind date. Now, her twin and little sisters work for the family business, too. She and her husband, Craig, who have two children, moved to Atlanta when he became an anchor for WSB.
