Luisa Hammett began her lifestyle blog Peaches to Pearls while getting her master’s degree in nutrition at Georgia State University. Four years later, she’s a clinical nutritionist at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and still runs her site and Instagram account, where she has more than 30,000 followers. There, she inspires readers with fashion, travel, and nutrition tips like healthy smoothie recipes.

My go-to is leggings and a monogrammed sweatshirt.

Homemade smoothie bowls. They are easy to make (layer smoothies with grains and fruit), affordable, and loaded with nutrients.

Cheat dish
Holeman and Finch cheeseburgers never get old.

Drink of choice
A glass of Riesling (a fave is Chateau Ste. Michelle), especially during the summer.
