The team at Monday Night Brewing knew they had to do something interesting to make the brewery stand out this summer during the FIFA World Cup, so brewmaster Peter Kiley traveled to Spain and Czechia this spring, partnering with Barcelona's Garage Beer Co. and Prague's Dva Kohouti brewery to create two new limited edition beers. 2XÑEIPA is a paella-inspired New England double IPA and Světlý Ležák Czechia is a dry-hopped Czech pale lager.

Monday Night Brewing has come a long way from its humble beginnings in a warehouse on a dead-end street. Its growth and innovation have enabled it to transform into a communal space that caters to both beer enthusiasts and families alike. The latest addition, the Grove, exemplifies this evolution, offering a versatile and welcoming environment along the Atlanta Beltline Westside Trail.

It’s a sign of how far Georgia craft beer has come in such a short time that Monday Night Brewing is now a seasoned veteran on the scene.

Then, this past spring semester a capstone team of five mechanical engineering seniors from Tech, calling itself “Monday Night Variety Hour,” found a way to quickly, and cheaply, solve a conundrum for MNB: How to speed up the assembly of variety 12-packs.
