Atlanta Jamaican Association, Inc. (AJA) in collaboration with AJ Cultural and Educational Fund, Inc. (AJCEF), is delighted to announce the staging of the much-anticipated 2022 Independence Ball.

The 45th annual Atlanta Jazz Festival will return to a 3-day format and one stage this Memorial Day weekend May 28 – 30, 2022. The lineup includes performances by Herbie Hancock, Eddie Palmieri Afro Caribbean Jazz Septet, Kenny Barron, T.C. Carson, Masego, Julie Dexter, Kathleen Bertrand and many more FREE and open to the public!

Top off the 1st night of the Atlanta Jazz Festival with a tribute to the soulful music of Marvin Gaye with Lil John Roberts featuring Chae Stephen at Park Tavern on Saturday, May 28th at 10pm.

The popular Movies on the Town series is back this summer on Thursdays, June 2nd – July 2st (no movie on July 7th)!
