Chef Sean Park’s NoriFish—a sushi spot known for hand rolls, nigiri, and seafood sourced from Tokyo—is joining Ponce City Market’s Central Food Hall with a menu of its own. The restaurant, which has locations in Buckhead and Sandy Springs, is now open alongside Okiboru, the ramen and tsukemen restaurant Park co-founded with Justin Lim. NoriFish will debut a unique, omakase-style hand roll menu in addition to a la carte offerings.
The Ponce City Market menu was crafted specifically for the new restaurant and features made-to-order hand rolls, signature sushi rolls, and Japanese small plates. The hand roll section includes a three-roll set with chili yellowtail, spicy tuna crunch, and torched salmon, as well as a five-roll set that adds snow crab aburi and seared scallop. Diners can also order hand rolls à la carte, including seared scallop, snow crab aburi, truffle toro, and A5 wagyu.
“The menu was inspired by the flavors we’ve developed at NoriFish over the years, but presented in a more casual and approachable way,” Park explains. “I wanted to take the same attention to seasoning and quality that I put into our omakase and bring it into hand rolls and cut rolls.”

Beyond hand rolls, the menu includes shrimp tempura with yuzu honey aioli, spicy tuna crispy rice with chili aioli and soy glaze, and kanpachi carpaccio with ponzu, greens, and crispy shallots. Classic cut rolls include avocado, salmon avocado, spicy tuna crunch, and shrimp tempura crunch, while specialty rolls lean richer with combinations such as aburi salmon umami, yuzu chili hamachi, truffle toro, and snow crab aburi.
“I’m most excited about people trying our food. Ponce gives us the opportunity to introduce our style to a larger audience in a fun and casual way,” Park says.
The beverage program is backed by Atlanta mixologist and certified sake advisor Hendry Kurniawan and includes light craft cocktails, house and premium sake, local and Japanese lagers, and crisp wines.
For those who want something heartier than sushi, Okiboru offers ramen, tsukemen, and rice dishes. The Bib Gourmand recognized restaurant originally opened in Los Angeles in 2018 and now has locations in Sandy Springs, Buckhead, Duluth, Buford, and New York.
