Tip of the hat to Insomnia Cookies for this brilliant business model. Students at Georgia Tech—and anyone else living within a one-to-two-mile radius—can get their cookie fix until 3 a.m. every day. The bakery, which first opened in Athens, offers 12 types of cookies, along with brownies, cookie cakes, and ice cream sandwiches. Each is available a la mode with Mayfield ice cream.“We are excited to bring our warm, delicious cookies to Georgia Tech and the Atlanta community,” says COO David Lasus.

Flavors include: chocolate chunk, snickerdoodle, double chocolate chunk, sugar, oatmeal raisin, peanut butter chip, double chocolate mint, M&M, white chocolate macadamia, triple chocolate chunk, s’mores, and chocolate peanut butter cup. As for ice cream, there’s the traditional chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry, as well as butter pecan, cookies and cream, Moose Tracks, cookie dough, and strawberry cheesecake.

There’s a $6 order minimum, plus a $1.99 delivery fee. The store is open for walk-in customers (no minimum required) from 11 a.m. to 3 a.m.
