Linton Hopkins is making some changes at Holeman & Finch, his gastropub that gained nationwide popularity for its cheeseburger. In the past, the kitchen served only 24 burgers and only after 10 p.m. (You could order it anytime at Sunday brunch.) Now, with H&F Burger set to open in Ponce City Market in May, Hopkins is changing the policy to include the burger on the regular Holeman & Finch dinner menu each night. The burgers will continue to be available at brunch.

“We never anticipated the cheeseburger would be such a phenomenon,” Hopkins says. “We are very grateful, but over the years we have had to say ‘no’ to our guests too many times. Since we are in the business of hospitality, we want to say ‘yes.’ Yes, you can have the cheeseburger.”

In the spirit of saying yes, Holeman & Finch will also begin taking reservations starting November 1.

Previously an exclusive product, Hopkins opened a burger stand in Turner Field in April 2013.
